1. Assessment of your unique body type
2. Creation of 1 personalized meal plans
3. Provision of an Accountability journal
4. Provisions of a food journal
5. Assignments following each session to facilitate progress
6. Each session will last for 75 mins, conducted via video chat, with meetings scheduled once a week.
7. 24 hours access for support & guidance through text and phone as you make progress in the program.
