We will collaborate to harmonize your distinct physical and mental characteristics, tailored to your body type, by integrating Ayurvedic principles into nutrition and wellness practices suitable for today's contemporary society. This comprehensive 90-day program encompasses the following components:

 1. Assessment of your unique body type

2.. Detailed exploration of the elements and food combinations present in your refrigerator

3. Creation of one personalized meal plan

4. Provision of a wellness journal

5. Tailored wellness techniques designed to suit your individual body type and alleviate symptoms associated with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

6. Provisions of a food journal

7. Assignments following each session to facilitate progress

8. Each session will last for two hours, conducted via video chat, with meetings scheduled once every two weeks.

9. 24 hours access for support & guidance through text and phone as you make progress in the program.

10. 4 weekly check-ins from me to support you after you are done with the program.
